Principle: Gentle, slow, and enveloping massage, without deep pressure or rough handling. Performed in a lateral or semi-seated position, with support cushions for optimal comfort. Use of neutral or hypoallergenic oils, suitable for pregnancy (without risky essential oils). Procedure: Taking into account the mother's specific needs: fatigue, lower back pain, heavy legs, stress, etc. Massage of the legs, back, shoulders, and sometimes the face and arms upon request. Cancellation Policy
Booking procedure: Customers can make an appointment, either by phone, via an online booking system (website www.lamai.lu, whatsapp, facebook) or in person. Cancellation and postponement policy: We attach great importance to the time and needs of each client and member of the salon. In order to be able to meet the demands of as many people as possible, we ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointments with at least 12 hours notice. If you were to cancel the appointment within a shorter period of time, we would reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount planned on your next invoice, without justification. To cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact the salon at 691 158 812 or via the page: Policy in case of no-show, absence: If you do not show up at the salon, we may be required to block your account and no longer accept you at the salon, without justification. And if necessary, we would also reserve the right to provide for a billing of 100% of the amount expected on your next invoice. Policy in case of delay: We recommend a tolerance period of 15 minutes for delays. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be considered as an absence. The scheduled session can only be carried out for the initial duration in the case where the schedules, availability, or any other constraint without justification can be observed. The session may be postponed at the discretion of the salon. Of course, each case can be evaluated individually, as unforeseen events may occur. Booking fees or deposit: Without delay and justification, we could collect a deposit online at the time of booking in order to compensate for delays and absences.
